Do you have a building related trade qualification and looking for a work/life balance in Local Government?We are looking for a qualified and experienced Building Tradesperson to contribute to our expanding building and structural assets across the local government area.The idea candidate will have experience in two or more areas of Carpentry works, Concrete works, Building drainage, Street furniture, Structures, Fencing, Playground equipment, have great communication skills and have the ability to organise resources to provide the most efficient and cost effective service.You will be part of a skilled team who service the maintenace, repair, security and care of our assets for community use.About us:Shellharbour City, located in the Illawarra region, is just 80 minutes south of Sydney and is home to over 76,000 people in a city that spans 154 square kilometres.   • Permanent full time, 38 hours per week with the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight
  • Commencing salary range from $63,733.80 - $67,634.32 per annum
  • Plus Tool Allowance, Adverse Working Conditions Allowance and 11% superannuation
