AddressPinnacle Travel Group (PTG) are seeking a skilled and experienced Bus / Coach Driver Trainer to join our team in Malaga. We have multiple positions available carrying out a wide range of work from school bus services, mine site services, charters & long distance day tours.

The Roles:
Predominantly based in our Depot in Malaga, you will be highly motivated in delivering the highest standards of training to new and existing drivers, assessing competencies & encouraging professional standards across the Group. This role is integral for supporting and driving a safety focused culture, whilst ensuring passenger experience remains paramount.
Working closely with the Human Resources Manager & Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Conduct pre employment driving assessments, inductions and ongoing training for existing employees as required
- Assist in the process of continual improvement, highlighting efficiencies and shortfalls to enhance training processes
- Ensure drivers are thoroughly trained in Pinnacle Travel Group's policies and procedures
- Actively promote a positive work culture, encouraging compliance and professional driving standards across the Group
- Assist management with incident investigations and the education of drivers involved to avoid reoccurrence
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring driver commitment to policies and procedures and influencing professional driving standards
About you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering workplace training and education
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to set & maintain the expected standards across the Group
- The ability to consult with our drivers and establish areas of improvement
- Reliable, punctual and organised individual who takes pride in providing support and quality training
- Willing to learn and undertake regular driving work in the absence of training or due to operational requirements

What you will need to succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessing
- A current HR license
- Experience in coach operations
- Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (PTD)
- A passion for tourism
- Fatigue Management Certificate
