Seasons is looking for a professional Bus Driver to join our beautiful community in Sinnamon Park, assisting residents with safe and efficient transportation. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, 3 days per week.

Core responsibilities: 

• Ensure positive interactions with stakeholders through a warm and friendly communication style.
• Provide timely and responsible bus transportation adhering to planned schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, assisting them where needed.
• Demonstrate a safety first mindset, contributing to a safe environment when undertaking duties. 
• Ensure the vehicle is cleaned and well presented.
• Adhere to all traffic rules when operating the vehicle.
• Flexibility to help where needed with other general duties (e.g. delivering parcels, general administration, helping set up for events or in the kitchen etc) as identified by the Community Manager.

• Ability to work as part of a team and support a collaborative team culture. 
• Positive can-do attitude and caring nature; always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need.
• Genuine passion for interacting with older people.

• Excellent driving record and experience driving a small bus/people mover. 
• Current open QLD Drivers License for vehicle size. 
• Unrestricted Australian working rights. 
• Current national criminal check.
