Join our team at Selandra Waters Retirement Village as a Bus Driver/ Maintenance Handyperson and become an essential part of our community's vitality. Your role will directly contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Your Impact
- Transportation Excellence: Safely drive our 20-seater bus to the local shopping center, take our residents on half day afternoon outing, providing residents with convenient access to essential services and activities (MR licence required).
- Maintenance Mastery: Maintain our Village to the highest standards by undertaking a variety of general duties. Your efforts will ensure that our community remains a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all.
- Backup Support: Provide essential maintenance services addressing resident requests promptly and efficiently. Your flexibility and dedication will ensure that our residents' needs are always met.
- Physical Fitness and Stamina: The role requires physical activity, so being in good physical condition is essential.
- Effective Time Management: You can prioritise tasks and manage your schedule efficiently to ensure that all responsibilities are fulfilled promptly.
- Positive Attitude and Customer Focus: Your friendly demeanor, approachability, and commitment to providing excellent service will help foster strong relationships with our residents.
