To support ETC's growth we are looking for motivated, engaging Business Advisor/Trainer to join our team. You will be working in the new Self-Employment Assistance program, which supports individuals who are on income support looking at starting and running their own small business.
The role is based in our Upper Mount Gravatt office, however travel may be required across the region. This is a full-time role and has the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off (ADO).
To be successful, you will need:
- A strong understanding of small business operations
- The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate our customers
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service.
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
- Certificate IV - TAE40116 or equivalent is required for Business Trainers
