An exciting opportunity to work within a sought-after government department, with a great rate and contract length!
Your Role:
You will manage the impacts of the Program on various downstream systems and support a smooth transition to the new process and technologies change program.
Your role will focus on the review, analysis, and testing of the related integrations/interfaces between the systems, as well as other impacts on configurations of systems.
Your duties and background:
- You will direct analysis and discussions through workshops and interviews
- You will liaise and communicate with key stakeholders regarding recommendations to business and best practice
- You will prepare business requirements documents
- You will review As Is and To Be processes
- You will ensure requirements are completed within agreed time frames and customer specifications
Desirable Criteria:
Ideal experience and qualities within-
- 5+ years BA experience
- Experience with stakeholder engagement
- Previous government background and/or large complex organisations
- Great communication skills
- Qualifications in a relevant area or professional experience in an equivalent role
- Understanding/experience of SAP suite - Cloud and on Premise
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodology and ITIL and/or PRINCE2
