Senior Business Analyst - Payments

The Senior Business Analyst will take over core service responsibilities - the focus being around interface from an internal view perspective and terminal / instore experience, including day to day product, triage, and process updates.

You will have

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in the payments industry  
• A strong technical understanding of EFTPOS terminals
• Business / process requests and change requests
• Strong communicator with engineering and business teams
• Strong stakeholder / vendor management 
• Ideally have experience in a hybrid Product / BA role
• Ideally worked with EFTPOS terminals with vendors such as (Verifone, Agenica, Tyro, Pax or MX51)

*Please note, though there may be flexibility with your experience as a BA / PO the successful candidate must have strong technical experience with EFTPOS terminals.
