Experience required:

Role Specification:
The role of the Technical BA in the Bank Identity Space (KYC - Know Your Customer, Forgerock, and other Identity Platforms) exists to deliver outstanding business results by developing functional and appealing interactions to drive great user experiences of customer-centric solutions.
· The Senior BA role is responsible for assisting with the building of technical solutions based on industry best practices and principles.
· Assisting in the creation and delivery of solutions that add value to our customers.
· Working collaboratively with stakeholders to implement and optimize user experiences using digital technologies.
· Providing systems analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support for KYC applications.
Executing a roadmap for best practices and continuous improvement in the field of Analysis across Bank Technology. This will include capability, culture, tools, and ways of working as a job family.
