Business Analyst

PM-Partners is currently seeking a passionate and flexible Business Analyst to be part of the major ICT development project. 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.  
• Proven at least 4 or more years of ICT development experience. 
• Acting as a bridge between the technical delivery teams including sourcing key inputs. 
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and processes. 
• Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.  
• Comprehensive experience across CRM, HRIS and SMS 
  • 2xBA to be focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage engagement and provide a holistic range of services. 
  • 1xBA will be working on both Student Management System (SMS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
