Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for supporting the platform management of the organisations diverse current and future lending opportunities. The role requires a structured approach to problem solving, hypothesis validation and solution design. The organisation is in a period of growth, and there will be a strong focus on implementing and improving new processes.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the decision-making process with evidence-driven recommendations that yield benefits to the broader organisation.
- Supporting targeting new and innovative approaches to performing application, origination, and settlement & servicing activities for financial products
- The analysis of existing business processes and identifying automation/ simplification/ standardisation opportunities with a cost benefit lens.
- Document and support the solution designing of application, origination, settlement & servicing platform and processes, inclusive of proposed enhancement recommendations and the detailed rationale for each.
- Vendor relationship management to ensuring we are maintaining and maximising technological capabilities.
- Assess issues raised and document items requiring improvement as well as identify risk elements
To be successful in this role, you will have BA experience in a similar environment, preferably with a mortgage focused non-bank lender. Previous experience working alongside a project manager and assisting in the development of new processes and products is highly desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential requirements for the role. The ideal candidate will have experience using reporting tools such as Tableau and systems such as Salesforce. This role suits someone with a technical Business Analyst or Product Owner background.
