Form of workLeading entertainment group requires a Mid-Level Business Analyst for a 6 month plus contract to work for their head office on the North Shore of Sydney.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for understanding and documenting as-is and to-be business process, people, and technology.
- Identify and document gaps / requirements to meet business needs.
- Produce fit-for-purpose documentation to communicate requirement, proposed system and process change to relevant parties (business users, process owners, system implementers, tester, etc.)
- Responsible for effective communication of both functional and non-functional requirements to various stakeholders, e.g. IT, vendors involved, etc.
- Identify, schedule, and manage inter-departmental dependencies contributing to the successful outcome of the project.
- Track project changes, risks and issues through to resolution.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
- Ability to produce concise documentation with high attention to detail.
- Experience with Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC) is highly desirable.
- Have a strong understanding of IT Vendor landscape.
- Ability to engage business stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven ability to identify business requirements, document use cases and maintain requirements’ traceability.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes in the context of competing priorities.
- Be a self-starter that can motivate and provide general support to project team/technical resources.
- Hold relevant business analysis qualifications.
A hybrid work model is in place.
