One of Australia's largest government departments are seeking a
Business Analyst. You'll be involved with various projects in different stages, predominantly in BAU, process analysis and requirements gathering.
What you'll be doing:- Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
- Lead the transition of projects from implementation to BAU, ensuring seamless handover with comprehensive documentation.
- Gather and document business requirements for projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and concerns.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to project team discussions.
- Contribute to projects involving Intrusion prevention systems
To be successful, your CV must highlight much of the following:
- Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on BAU, security and IT processes.
- Experience working on projects involving Intrusion prevention systems
- Strong experience with BAU operations
- Strong process skills with the ability to identify and document process inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendors and stakeholders across departments.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with security concepts like endpoint security.
- Prior experience in government sector is beneifical, not essential
