Our state government client is establishing a new project team to work across two concurrent projects. These projects have a focus on delivering changes to the current ICT services being offered across the department including tooling, frameworks and operating models.
The Role
- Lead investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes.
- Provide a high level of expertise in establishing and documenting ICT business and system requirements through a range of structured research and analysis techniques including,
- Analyse and design business processes, identify alternative solutions to exploit new technologies and automation, and develop graphical representations of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision making.
- Produce conceptual business models.
- Undertake research activities in relation to best practice processes and frameworks, new and emerging technologies and organisational development.
- You will have demonstrated experience as a business analyst within complex ICT environments
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw evidence based conclusions
- Well developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to facilitated stakeholder workshops, surveys, client meetings and industry reference reviews.
