You will be responsible for investigating and evaluating operational needs, problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding role include:
- Defining the scope and business priorities for various priorities with differing scale, complexity, and impact
- Engaging stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Working with external consultants and developers to effectively translate business requirements into clear and concise solutions
- Conducting assessments to identify opportunities for improvements
- Facilitating workshops and user interviews to gather and establish requirements
- Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that applications meet user requirements
- Creating and maintaining business documentation

- Proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of three years’ experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Professional presentation
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to personnel at all levels
