Business Analyst

You will be an “A” player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for investigating and evaluating operational needs, problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Defining the scope and business priorities for various priorities with differing scale, complexity, and impact
• Engaging stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
• Working with external consultants and developers to effectively translate business requirements into clear and concise solutions
• Conducting assessments to identify opportunities for improvements
• Facilitating workshops and user interviews to gather and establish requirements
• Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that applications meet user requirements
• Creating and maintaining business documentation

• Proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of three years’ experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Professional presentation
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to personnel at all levels

• Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
