Business Analyst - Financial System Platform Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the bank client and the IT supplier, facilitating communication and information exchange
• Gather and analyze business requirements from the bank client, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for the IT supplier, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders from both the bank client and the IT supplier to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, resolve issues, and make key project decisions
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet the functional requirements and quality standards defined by the bank client
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables
• Act as a subject matter expert on the financial system platform, providing guidance and support to both the bank client and the IT supplier as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Finance related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
