Our client, a giant with an enterprise environment, is requiring a Business Analyst with a passion for driving transformational change in End-User Computing (EUC) environments? Self-driven, collaborative, excellent communications skills will keep you in excellent stead and well-integrated into the greater EUC ICT team.
This project is one of the largest of this company's time. This large-scale project will challenge you, expand your ICT Business Analyst and solidify your EUC infrastructure acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of EUC requirements from the refreshing to testing of desktops, laptops, scanners, barcodes, and POS.
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EUC projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate challenges. Drive continuous improvement in EUC processes and workflows, optimizing efficiency and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on EUC best practices, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Essential
- Ability and willingness to travel every couple of weeks.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on EUC projects and initiatives.
