Osborne Richardson is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Analyst to join our Local Council client’s team in Sydney’s Inner Western suburbs. This is a hands-on operational role on an initial 12-month contract, providing a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS systems workflow processes
- Implement new initiatives within a project management framework
- Analyse and optimise HR systems to improve functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address system issues
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff on HRIS systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in HRIS systems and workflow process troubleshooting
- Strong project management skills and experience implementing new initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
