- Perform data analysis to identify insights and opportunities for product improvement.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the payments or lending industry.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, lending processes, and financial technologies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
