POSITION PURPOSE
As part of the VidaCorp division, servicing our Global teams, the Business Analyst – Core Systems is responsible for the execution and implementation of projects across global core IT infrastructure and data architecture landscape inclusive of vendor management for our ERP systems, integration projects, demand and sales forecasting system architecture, data warehousing solution, to facilitate the generation of portfolio insights, state-of-the-art S&OP processes, demand forecasting analytics and enabling the commercial analysts to deliver on continuous data led recommendations to optimise our strategy and achieve our growth and market share ambitions.
This role will contribute to the activation of new internal forums with key stakeholders, governance, project management and short to long term enterprise architecture strategy.
This position requires exposure across data architecture, project management and stakeholder relationship management, good understanding of global retail trade landscape, fast moving consumer goods and beauty industry dynamic, and data analytics acumen, accompanied by an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive desire to do right by the organisation on a daily basis.
Skills and Knowledge required
- Business Analyst experience and system implementations
- Agile framework & Technical Project Management proficiency
- Supply chain excellence and forecast accuracy understanding
- Master Data Management best practises
- Understanding 4P best practises, Beauty, Consumer Goods
- Exceptional statistics and mathematical ability to thrive on complex and extensive KPI combined usage
- NetSuite, Business Central, Power BI, Power APPs, Flow, IBP & MS suite expertise
