As our Business Analyst - People & Performance, you will be reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer providing business analysis skills to support the effective implementation of changes to business processes and systems and ensuring that business solutions achieve the outcomes defined by business requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will embark on a pivotal journey within the Transformation Office. Tasked with the intricate responsibility of analysing and enhancing the business processes and systems across our People and Performance function.
A few of your responsibilities
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
- Assist in defining the vision and scope of assigned projects in alignment with project timelines and budget.
- Maintain functional relationships with all stakeholders in order to gather information, understand stakeholder interest, maintain an up to date understanding of the various business units and their operations, and manage expectations with these stakeholders
- Ensure that all project communications are dealt with in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes.
- Act as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Excellent organisation skills, specifically in process management and documentation.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in business analysis activity.
- Excellent communications skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal (e.g. facilitating workshops).
- Possess ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Verifiable experience in a large corporate commercial organisation.
