AddressClient is a boutique residential property developer and builder based on the sunny Gold Coast. They specialise in high end townhouse developments across the Gold Coast and northern NSW. At growth phase as they bring increasing number of resources in house, they are looking to engage an Business Analyst for their team.
Your new role
The role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed feasibility reports on potential land acquisitions, assessing market value and project profitability.
- Support the team in the due diligence process for site purchases, ensuring all legal, financial, and regulatory standards are met.
- Work closely with construction and finance teams to monitor project progress and adjust forecasts and timelines as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local sales agents to ensure a robust network and market presence.
- Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making processes.
What you will need to succeed
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in a construction company or Property Development role.
- Strong understanding of the residential construction industry and project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to listen and articulate ideas effectively.
- While not strictly necessary, fluency in Chinese would be an additional bonus.
