The Business Analyst Workflow role is responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of a robust Radiology reporting workflow orchestration solution, providing coordination and support for radiologists and the clinic operations team to maximise efficiency and improve overall service delivery to patients and referrers. The Workflow Coordinator will work closely with Project teams, Radiologists, Operations managers, Radiologist Roster Coordinators & site leads to ensure that the workflow orchestration solution and reporting workflows are optimised and performance KPIs for key contracts are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of business requirements and implementation of workflow orchestration solution
Coordinate and optimize the daily workflow of radiologists
Collect and analyse data related to workflow efficiency, Radiologist metrics, and performance to key contract KPIs
Communicate effectively with Radiologists and operations team to coordinate radiology services seamlessly.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Radiology IT platforms (RIS/PACS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic HL7 knowledge desirable
- Radiographer or clerical/administration staff with at least 2 years' experience in a radiology clinic environment
- Project delivery experience desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with Radiologists, management & site-based teams
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new processes and tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge/understanding of Radiology clinic workflows
- Strong organizational and time management skills
