Location: Perth (5 days in office)Role(s):Our client is an Australian brand, looking for a Business Analyst to assist with upcoming projects within their business.Responsibilities:
- Deliver agreed outcomes to the highest quality and do so in a timely manner
- Act as Project Lead on outcomes you own
- Contribute to the development and lead implementation of project outcomes
- Work with client teams per the authority delegated to you from time-to-time
- Lead and document outcomes from workshops
- Management of resources and act as the business intermediary between technology and business teams
- Ensuring client deliverables are met and all processes and procedures are adhered to
- Ensuring other tasks assigned to you are completed to the highest quality
- 3+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria, that are easily understood by developers, testers and stakeholders
- Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills (day-to-day interpersonal, structured workshops, etc.)
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer journey walkthroughs and quality reviews with stakeholders of varying seniority
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer and how our consultants can best serve them
- Able to understand legal, regulatory and corporate stipulations and evaluate risk and articulate using technical and business language
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with an excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience with, and strong comfort using, collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to document and manage stories and other documentation
