Your efforts will deliver scalable, flexible, and secure solutions for our range of applications. This essential role is a key component of our digital transformation roadmap, and it requires a deep understanding of business needs and priorities through effective collaboration with stakeholders.Your Day to Day
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement consistent processes for engaging with IT for technology solutions.
- Lead business process and systems analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Manage project delivery, including stakeholder management, change planning, and training plans.
- Oversee software procurement, governance, and vendor management.
- Provide ERP and application support, managing software incidents and problems.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of new application integrations.
- Document system information, architecture, and data flows.
- Ensure operational readiness and handover of new solutions.
- 5+ Years of experience in a similar position
- Expertise in Project Management (PRINCE2/PMBOK; waterfall/agile) methodologies.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and SaaS-based Business Applications.
- Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of contemporary analysis, design, integration, implementation, and development methodologies.
- Skilled in documenting system information, architecture, and data flows.
- Experience in managing software procurement, licenses, and vendor performance.
- Experience in a founder-led, dynamic, entrepreneurial start up or SME environment.
