Address- Provide business support for all MS Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Marketing, Omnichannel, Sales, Power Apps Portal, and Power Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating within and across teams to ensure transparency and effective problem-solving.
- Test, debug, diagnose, and correct errors in code, configuration, integration, data, or scheduled jobs.
- Coordinate and implement bug fixes, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Manage data administration, input, and export/migration as required.
- Maintain and provide regular updates on support tickets.
- Stay updated with the latest platform features and functionality, proactively seeking enhancements.
