As a Business banking Associate, you’ll be the friendly voice our business customers hear when the contact us via phone. You will assist business customers manage their day-to-day banking, provide technical support for their merchant facilities. This is a fast paced, phone based role and you will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries

What we are looking for

Previous Customer Service experience and exceptional Customer Service skills is essential

Finance experience or an interest in banking is desirable
