About the team Our new Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) are an even smarter and easier way to fulfil online orders and deliver the smiles for our customers. And you could get involved. Your role, no matter where you are at a CFC, will have a direct contribution to every customer's order. How good is that. The first of their kind in Australia, our CFCs help provide customers with improved availability and freshness, a broader produce range and a seamless digital experience. About the roleWe are currently recruiting several newly created positions, and this is an exciting time to join the Coles business in delivering and integrating the Ocado program. Reporting to the Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) Range & Operations Support Manager you will support the broader Merchandise team, your time will be spent managing all administration duties for your portfolio and supporting the category in range reviews, supplier relationship management, promotional planning, sales forecasting, event planning, and queries from customers and stores. This is a 12 month FTCYou will also: Support in range reviews with data entry, data analysis, and layout updates. Manage the end-to-end planning of seasonal events. Support the Category Manager with commercial reporting Support in key category projects which may require business wide stakeholder engagement. Support the broader team with store communications and store helpdesk queries. About you and your skills This position will suit a Business Category Coordinator or Administrative assistant who is keen to continue their development in a diverse and quickly evolving part of the Coles business, or someone looking for a step into Retail and Buying.You will also have: A strong customer service and administration background. Previous experience is a high volume data entry enviroment A proactive nature which drives you to go above and beyond to get the job done. High attention to detail in everything that you do. Strong stakeholder management skills. An analytical mindset Highly organised and ability to manage multiple different tasks at once and meet deadlines.
