In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an experience Business Consultant to join our Supply Chain Product Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Supply Chain ERP experience to join a high-performing consulting team.
What you'll be doing…
As a Business Consultant you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include:
- Working side by side with our customers to implement our best-in-class SaaS ERP software solutions
- Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle, including:
- Design
- Configuration
- Customer support, guidance, coaching
- Cutover, go live and making projects successful!
- Learning and applying our apply our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all projects
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business
- In conjunction with the Project Managers, work closely with the Product, R&D, Operations and AMS (Application Managed Services) teams to deliver great results
- Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during implementation, and you will own all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live!
- Solid Supply Chain Management experience (ie from Local Government or other Supply Chain Intense Industries)
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment
- A solid communicator, your communication skills are second to none and you're at your best when talking to customers.
- A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, CIVICA or other) would be highly regarded
