Reporting to the General Manager OSHC, the Business Development and Partnerships Manager, will drive sales revenue nationally and manage ongoing partnerships, to support delivery of the strategic growth plan. Your target market sits across the national primary school network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for growth, including identification and acquisition of new and management of existing business, with a focus on the Primary School Education network.
Identify, Connect and Engage with new business prospects through outbound call activity to supplement lead generation and existing customers.
Manage multiple stakeholders across the sales process to ensure conversion from opportunity to a successful business outcome.
Presentation and Promotion of the KidsCo suite of products and services to the market.
Preparation and Submission of proposals, including price, negotiation and close.
In collaboration with marketing, develop strategies to support the achievement of sales targets and increase in market awareness.
Ensure all CRM and Work Systems data is up to date for reporting, pipeline and measurement purposes.
About You
You are an experienced Sales Professional with a demonstrated track record of success selling B2B solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace growth and have a desire to stretch yourself to achieve success. You are passionate and aligned with our mission and have a strong desire to immerse yourself in a niche, fun and exciting business.
To Be Successful
You have a track record in B2B Sales, ideally within a market and to stakeholders comparable with ours, (Primary School Network, Outside School Hours Care, Childcare, Education Management Sales) and Partnership Management.
You thrive on autonomy, have initiative and an urgency to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Are able to flex between the strategic and operational requirements of the role to ensure success.
You are an exceptional communicator with polished presentation skills.
