Business Development Manager

Our client is a software reseller, specialising in CAD solutions for engineering business, and now seeking a Business Development Manager. This position is due to internal promotion.

This orle would suit a mature sales and marketing professional looking to manage their own exciting product sales portfolio.

Key Attributes.

• An experienced and creative B2B sales and marketing executive.
• Ability to identify prospects and lead the sales process
• Excellent corporate presentation with strong and clear verbal and written skills
• Marketing ability
• Budget planning
• Technical understanding – able to understand engineering and software concepts

Duties and Responsibilities will include.

• Sale of CAD software
• Prospecting for new customers
• Present to customers via face to face, online and written proposals
• Customer management; new sales, upsell, cross sales etc
• Development of marketing campaigns

Predominately office-based role however some interstate travel may be required for trade shows.
