About the role
Our recently renovated Bayswater head office is ready to welcome a high energy Business Development Manager with experience in identifying and closing within the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts within the hospitality sector.
- Actively creating connections through Cold Calling and networking, identifying decision makers and influencers to infiltrate and build long-term relationships.
- Work closely with prospects and clients to understand their overall strategy, challenges and priorities.
- Market analysis - identify opportunities and tenders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform our growth strategy.
- Managing sales activity through CRM systems including customer lists, activity plans and call reports, prospects, won and lost sales and opportunities.
To be amazing in this role
You love the hunt! You are a seasoned networker within hospitality /hotel circles who can identify new business opportunities in a growing B2B environment. This role will suit someone who has a consultative approach to collaborating with customers and our internal operations teams to offer bespoke solutions to overcome customer challenges or improve their efficiency.
With strong connections you can demonstrate:
- 3+ years B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in cold calling, phone sales and lead generation.
- Experience building pipelines and networks within Hospitality / Hotel sector.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Full drivers license and reliable vehicle
