About the role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be required to develop customer partnerships to allow for early engagement in identifying projects, developing profitable tenders and delivering on business objectives and targets. You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the State Sales Manager, you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry as well as a background in building product sales.
This role will be based out of St Marys.
