Salary package of $171,061 includes a base salary of ($152,069) + employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (pro rata)

About the role
The Business Development Manager plays an integral role in acquiring new business opportunities and account management in line with sales strategies to position TAFE as a leading provider of VET solutions.
The BDM role is critical to the growth of commercial revenue supporting Skills Teams to achieve financial KPIs, executing retention and growth strategies. BDMs identify, target and develop new business opportunities across industries to strategically align TAFE NSW as a leading provider of VET solutions in a competitive market.
This is a temporary role until February 2025 working part-time, 14 hours a week. The 2 days of the week you work are flexible depending on the individual's availability.
About You
You will be highly customer-focused and driven to utilise your existing and proven negotiation and influential skills to achieve targets in a complex and dynamic organisation. Your demonstrated experience in sales and your flexible approach to tailoring business solutions with the ability to collaborate with our business stakeholders will be essential to the success in this position.
You will be challenged with identifying new opportunities, networking and following leads which meet the customer expectations whist achieving multiple business objectives, and engagement with internal stakeholders.
