Your mission: spice up our brand presence, cook up some killer partnerships, and help us serve up success like never before within the Australian hospitality and events landscape. High level overview of your day-to-day:
- Build strategic partnerships, enhance brand presence, and generate new event revenue.
- Work with our partner venues and clients to drive growth.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and secure event bookings.
- Build industry connections and nurture client relationships for exceptional satisfaction.
- Conduct site inspections, meetings, presentations, and represent us at industry events.
What you bring to the table:
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) as a Business Development Manager in hospitality/events with a successful sales track record.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to uncover multiple opportunities from a single interaction.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to representing our brand values.
- Initiative and drive to deliver positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.
- Experience with Priava or similar Event Management Software will be highly regarded but not essential.
