The Opportunity

Are you looking to kickstart your career in Business Development? Based in Milton, Brisbane and reporting to our State Service Delivery Manager, the Business Development Manager will have the chance to work closely with various levels of management within our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division.

In this role, you’ll help us grow by acquiring new clients and selling tailored workforce solutions. You’ll get to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand their challenges and offer MEGT services that create meaningful employment solutions and make a difference!

About You

We’re looking for ambitious and driven self-starters from retail, property, sales or Business Development backgrounds who are eager for training, development, and growth opportunities. If you’re early in your career and up for a challenge, this role is perfect for you. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Sales Potential: An interest in understanding client needs and selling value propositions.
  • Ambitious: Eager to learn and driven to achieve success in client acquisition and Business Development.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Networking: Keen to build a strong network of relationships with various organizations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Driver's License or Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
