Total Tools Windsor Gardens is looking for a Full Time Business Development Manager, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting and rare opportunity for you to utilise your current sales skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.This position will suit an experienced sales professional; you will have previous experience as a sales representative, account manager or similar, with an ability to build strong, loyal relationships in the trade and industrial sectors. Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required KPIs, whilst adding real value to our trade customers. You will be an enthusiastic, self-starter, with proven results in driving sales growth in a target driven environment.What will you be doing? Building solid working relationships and developing rapport with key stakeholders/accountsLiaising with, and finding solutions for current and potential clientsDeveloping and implementing sales plans and initiatives Effectively managing your diverse customer baseAnalysing sales and customer data to identify new opportunities Attracting new customers in addition to growing existing business- you will be comfortable cold calling as requiredAchieving sales, margin, and product mix targets Does this sound like you?
