We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager with a Recruiting background to join our team.
We are a long established and stable recruitment consultancy with 25+ years’ experience. We have a track record of recruiting for Government and other large enterprises.
This is a role tailored for individuals who have an established clientele with extensive contacts within varied market sectors. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys having ownership and responsibility for developing client relationships.
Your background
- Experience within Talent Acquisition, HR or professional services.
- Experience in client-facing is essential, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent written communication skills, strong verbal and listening skills.
- Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily focused on identifying and cultivating client relationships.
- Business development strategies.
- Present and pitch our services to potential clients.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships.
