Role: As a Junior or Senior Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to identify target markets and generate business leads that convert into revenue. You will not only execute the strategy but also be hands-on in doing the groundwork. We hold you accountable for your sales targets and expect high performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage in daily sales activities, including cold calling.
- Present to clients and close deals.
- Update and maintain the CRM system and management reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies with a focus on key metrics and performance targets.
- Success in B2B sales and lead conversion.
- Ability to meet agreed KPIs, sales metrics, and monthly budget.
- Preferred: Experience in transport or courier sales.
Job Benefits and Perks:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, plus commission.
