About the role
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As aBusiness Enablement Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to optimise BAU operations, facilitate change delivery, curate and maintain a robust knowledge management system, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and leaving a lasting impact on the success of our organisation.
In this transformative role that encompasses business-as-usual (BAU) change delivery, communication, and knowledge management, you will analyse processes, manage business requirements, and drive successful implementation of solutions in Member Services.
Day to day, you'll:
- Conduct detailed current state and future state process analysis to determine problems, opportunities, appropriate solutions, business and change impacts and risks.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions are successfully implemented and meet business requirements.
- Act as “champion” to embed any change and be point of reference for queries across Member Services
- Manage the Member Services Knowledge Management System (KMS) to ensure team members have access to up to date, searchable, relevant technical information required to perform their role.
This role is available as a 3-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Member Services environment and its polices, practices and procedures.
- Understanding or the ability to gain understanding of program and project environments and methodologies
- Understanding of, or the ability to understand the challenges and opportunities in providing a unique service experience to the end member or client.
- Understanding of how to identify, assess and escalate risks according to the Risk Management framework.
- Ability to stay current on relevant legislation and interpret implications for the organisation and to act appropriately.
