We are seeking an experienced consultant, business improvement or procurement professional to deliver an ambitious transformation program. This program will increase the value created by our procurement function to meet the needs of our growing business.
- Identify opportunities to maximise value and minimise risk within the procurement function
- Work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders to deliver initiatives and achieve tangible benefits
- Develop frameworks, processes, and tools to improve enterprise procurement
- Influence stakeholders to deliver process and behavioural changes to increase performance
- Analyse and manage performance against business plans, make commercially sound decisions to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Provide procurement training and development to managers, teams and employees to build enterprise capability
- 5+ years' experience in a consulting, business improvement or procurement role.
- Experience as a procurement consultant at a tier 1 or 2 professional services firm will be highly regarded.
- High level of problem solving, analytical skills and commercial acumen to execute analyses and provide commercially valuable, practically sound solutions.
- Ability to think and act strategically.
- High level communication, negotiation and consultation skills to deliver change in a large complex organisation.
- High level of experience in managing projects with demonstrated success in integrating new processes into core business.
- Strong ability to coach and develop others
