The Business Enablement Team within the newly created CCS (Client and Contractor/Consultant Services Team) for Peoplebank and Leaders IT will be responsible for setting up of the client and candidates as they come onboard to Peoplebank and Leaders IT. This is a very important team as this team will set the “first impression” that the clients and contractors will get in their dealings with Peoplebank and Leaders IT, as well as having the correct set-up determines the compliance and accuracy of the processes that follow (e.g. payrolling, invoicing, etc).
Our team strives to protect our business, ensuring we deliver customer delight whilst limiting risk. We achieve results by consistently vetting clients at the initial set up stage and ensuring compliance of the client contract requirements, and that credit /safety criteria are met. We also work with the business ensuring future contract opportunities are not missed.
Pay rates, conditions and margins are set up as per agreed customer contracts and are monitored to ensure minimum Fair Works requirements are maintained. We believe we are an integral cog in working with the business to delight the customer and achieve ongoing success.
As a Business Enablement Specialist, you will play a very important role as part of this team, where you will be taking on a multitude of tasks related to clients and contractors/consultants for Peoplebank and Leaders IT. You will be dealing with internal stakeholders (the Peoplebank and Leaders IT sales and recruitment teams, other teams within CCS Team) as well as our external stakeholders (candidates and client contacts).
