Duties:
Problem Solving:
- Lead problem-solving sessions and work closely with bespoke teams for process improvement.
- Use structured techniques to define problems, agree on success criteria, scope improvement initiatives, and manage implementation plans.
- Identify and quantify benefits for improvement initiatives and ensure delivery of savings.
- Independently facilitate improvement workshops and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
- Impart Business Improvement skills through practical problem-solving and facilitate training sessions when required.
- Foster a learning environment through process reviews and encourage feedback.
- Undertake end-to-end process discovery and analysis with stakeholders.
- Articulate current state situations and identify opportunities for improved future states.
- Establish project governance structures, maintain project plans, drive cross-functional teams, and track project completion.
- Proactively highlight issues and risks that may affect project success.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business process mapping in BPMN.
- Experience with ARIS/Signavio enterprise architecture platform.
- Ability to design and deliver SAW specific documentation and learning modules.
- Experience in process governance, BPM operating models, and setting up BPM offices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
