Your new role 

As a Senior Business Improvement Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the organisation's operational efficiency and effectiveness. Using Lean methodologies, you will analyse current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions that align with their strategic goals. Your expertise will drive change initiatives, optimise workflows, and implement best practices across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed 

• A current Working With Childrens Check
• A National Police Check no more than 6 months old.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Customer Service and Education.
• Proven experience in business process improvement, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and performance.
• Excellent project management abilities to oversee improvement initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Proficiency in utilising technology to streamline operations and increase productivity.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and buy-in for change.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Able to work on campus for 3 days per week.
