- Undertake in-depth analysis of metrics such as usage patterns, customer feedback, and performance metrics, as well as any other relevant data, in order to identify patterns, trends, and areas of concern, and hence to provide specialist support and develop recommendations for improving service delivery.
- Present findings and recommendations in a variety of formats depending on the audience including reports, dashboards, presentations, meetings using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Support continuous improvement of DSS services through the identification of areas for improvement, measuring impact of improvements, prioritising improvements, and influencing the skills development of service delivery staff.
- Lead and undertake operational functions as required to support quality assurance, audit, billing, reporting, and benchmarking processes related to DSS service delivery and service lifecycle management.
- Provide professional, efficient, quality service delivery and support high level client services, with adherence to vendor management the Tasmanian Government service delivery frameworks and contractual obligations.
