SalaryPaperCut is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to deliver metrics and insights to direct us towards achieving our strategic goals. Does building an organisation-wide BI function from scratch excite you? If so, we need you!
As our BI Lead, you'll report to our Head of Business Experience and collaborate with our Data Engineer and each of our business and team leaders to develop reporting dashboards, generate strategically aligned metrics and reports and communicate valuable insights across PaperCut.

Some of the things you'll do...
- You'll collaborate with all leaders across PaperCut to understand our company strategy, division and team goals, and guide them in translating these into business metrics and reports.
- You'll work with our Data Engineer to understand data flows across the business, consult on data management and develop reporting dashboards whilst promoting the value of data to PaperCut.
- You'll communicate metrics, reports and insights to PaperCut, tying them back to the delivery of our company strategy and team goals.
- You'll encourage best practices in data management and analytics, promoting the value of using data to make decisions.
What success looks like 6 months in...
- Alongside our Data Engineer and other team members, you have delivered a business intelligence platform and created several dashboards that are delivering high-priority metrics and reports.
- You understand our company strategy and its deliverables at an organisation-wide and individual team level and have begun to gather insights that inform how we achieve them.
- You communicate the progress of the above activities PaperCut-wide through project updates and socialise of important reporting and insights.
- Teams are adopting your proposed approaches to data management and your metrics, reports and insights are helping PaperCut to make decisions.
