The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to step in and establish our presence in South Australia.
The role needs a dynamic, motivated and driven leader who would be excited about driving the business forward while simultaneously developing and growing a team who are passionate about changing how the industry perceives “good service” by delivering over and above the status quo.
This is not your average “Business Manager” role; you are much more than the person with a key; no, this is your business, answering only to the General Manager.
You choose the path you and your team take toward success. There are very few reporting requirements; we’d prefer you spend your time externally focused on the customer rather than reporting inwardly to anyone else.
Success is entirely up to you; from designing how you pitch our products and your unique sales proposition to how your staff are trained and understand the products, your destiny is in your hands.
The salary package includes a fully maintained company car (or car allowance), phone and laptop. You will benefit directly from your success through an attractive profit share scheme.
About You:

You are an experienced wholesale “trader” within the Australian Security Wholesale/Distribution industry, and you are tired of the way businesses have stumped your success in the past, prioritizing reporting and fancy PowerPoints over customer service and getting things done.
You’ll be passionate about business development, customer service and relationships and if not already capable, you’ll be eager to understand the intricacies of managing your own P&L.
You may not be naturally organized but you understand the importance of it and ensure that you’re as efficient as possible but most importantly, you understand that leading a team to success comes with huge responsibility and you’re able to be true coach, finding your greatest sense of pride not just in measurable results but in the way your people exceed even their own expectations.
