Business Manager

Corrective Services NSW

Location - Windsor

Employment type - Ongoing Full time

Salary - $120,859 -- $133,183 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and leave loading.

Your role

As a Business Manager you will manage and provide effective and quality delivery of advice and administrative services (including general administration, financial, procurement, records maintenance, fleet, rostering, leave management and related activities) within the Infrastructure and Capacity planning Business unit with significant budget and large construction and delivery program.

What you'll do

The key responsibilities of the Business Manager include:

Manage the delivery of high quality and efficient administrative, financial and related office management services to support the achievement of business outcomes.

Provide high quality advice on financial and procurement activities and monitor and control the Business Units budget, ensuring that over-expenditure is avoided, and efficiencies achieved.

Address complex enquiries, including those that are escalated, to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and edit a range of written material on behalf of the business unit using discretion and judgement for internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Extensive demonstrated and proven experience in Business Administration

Extensive demonstrated and proven experience in Financial and Procurement management up to $30m.

Extensive experience in PRONTO, SAP, SMARTSHEETS, EDRMS, MICROSOFT SUITES

Current NSW Drivers license and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.
