SAP BOBJ platform supports day-to-day business needs, reporting across the department and external partnered agencies. The role of the BOBJ system administrator ensures that BOBJ Servers run without issues.
Youl will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform (BOBJ) architecture;
- Providing day-to-day support, this includes maintenance, system monitoring, performance tuning and troubleshooting of BOBJ environments;
- Performing BOBJ administration tasks , this includes security access maintenance and enhancements;
- Providing technical support to developers and end users on the full BOBJ product stack;
- Developing and maintaining operational and process documentation;
- Providing innovative solutions and improving standard processes in the department;
- Transferring knowledge and regularly communicating with team members.
Essential criteria
1. At least 7+ years experience of the following: - BOBJ administration including installation, patching and upgrade; - BOBJ security, infrastructure design and solutions; - SAP BusinessObjects best practice standards, frameworks and configurations.
2. At least 5 years experience in the following Tools: - Web Intelligence; - Information Design Tool and/or Universe Design Tool; - Crystal Reports 2016 and/or Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
3. Experience in the following Tools: - BIP 4.2; - 4.3+ (in the last 3 years); - Load Balancer (Apache24 or F5); - Java.
4. SAP BO Certified Professional

3. Highly written and verbal communication skills
4. Understanding of network and Windows operating system
