This role is responsible for supporting and promoting operational excellence across the business. This will be achieved by delivering on strategic objectives and driving productivity growth through appropriate alignment of people, information, systems and processes to deliver company strategy, as well as to facilitate better connections between operating systems, processes and teams within the company.
This role will engage across all aspects and systems within the business and provide both leadership and support of day to day operations.
What you will do in the role
Be a central escalation point for operations queries and issues via the Operations Support Inbox
Provide operational support across the business as required
Document work instructions for business systems and processes
Train staff across all Business Units on system enhancements, new functionality, and best practice business processes
Work with Business Units to identify challenges and opportunities for process improvement.
Work with those teams to design and implement improved business processes and/or systems to support business activities
Coordinate the scoping, development, testing and implementation of development projects across the business
